I would venture to say that most of the opinions about the proper time to give a name relate to the moment that the human body is vested with its eternal soul. That being the case, the opinions should apply just as well to a Noahide. The soul, the Godly spark, is the same. As for a convert, the moment of conversion is most auspicious for giving a name.
