That's the question. Maybe emphasis. But more likely because there are all different kinds of constant, so each alone wouldn't be as comprehensive as they are together.
Latin phrases will be deleted. If you can't find an equivalent in Hebrew, Aramaic, Yiddish, or English, go away. Posts are often edited to reflect or incorporate comments.

ReplyDeletewe have a parallel construct in "la'ad ul'e olmai olamim [or olmai olmaya"," where no rephrasing is possible. Similarly, "l'olam ul'e olmai olamim."
